Small gifts for 2-3yo

On our family trip next year we will have 2 little ones, one almost 2yo and one almost 3yo. (We will also have an 8yo and 9 adults.) I want to start watching for cheap/clearance toys, books, etc to give the little ones as surprises while standing in line, waiting for a parade or eating a sit down meal. I would love for them to be Disney related but they don't have to be. Any suggestions?

My 3 year old DS loves stickers! You can get sheets of Disney character stickers almost anywhere. Light, portable, inexpensive!

This isn't extremely cheap, but something I think we'll take (3, 5, 8 yo's) Magnadoodles - one each, no sharing
