Small Catholic Church Local ??

Hi, We will be at WDW for ASH WEDNESDAY and I am looking for a small catholic church in the area. Does anyone have a church they attend or know of one?? Thanks for the help! Joan

My husband and I have been going to Corpus Christi for a while now. It is a Catholic church located in Celebration, FL. They haven't built the church yet, but they celebrate mass in the Celebration High School which is a short drive down World Drive. They have masses on Saturday night at 5pm and Sunday morning at 8am and 10am.

I'm not sure about Ash Wednesday, you might want to give a call to the Parish Office at 321-939-1491.

It's not small by any means, but I think the closest Catholic church to WDW is the Mary Queen of the Universe Shrine. Once you're at DTD, it's only about a 7 minute car ride to the Shrine. And...it's HUGE.

Visit www.maryqueenoftheuniverse.org for exact directions. I don't know the names of the streets, but I can tell you where to turn! LOL

I've been to Mary Queen of the universe. It is very close to Disney. I would recomend going there. It is a bueatiful church and worth going just to check it out.

We always go to Blessed Sacrament in Clermont.

It's a little further away, but nice drive and wonderful celebrations

8:30
12:30 - pre-school service
5:00pm
7:00pm

I just called "Mary Queen of the Universe" and thought I would post schedule for Ash Wednesday:
Masses at 8AM, 930AM, 1205PM, and 6PM.
