Are the little boats running between CR WL and FW? If not that sure complicates dining plans since we are staying at BLT. Guess we could walk to MK and take boat from there?

No, the Blue Flag boat (the one that serves CR, WL, & FW) is currently not running, with no announced reopening date. Depending on your plans, it can make resort hopping between those resorts rather difficult.
