Small Add Ons - PLEASE HELP

Ok I am considering picking up a small resale contract 50 points I have two questions.

1)I am not currently a DVC member, I am still awaiting ROFR on a BCV contract, if that contract fails to pass can I still buy into DVC with only a 50 point contract.

2) There is some discussion on the boards that when you buy add on's from DVC you have to take the same UY as your current contract. Does this same rule apply to resale add ons. Because my 150 contract is a March UY and if I pass ROFR which I believe (hope) I will then this 50 point add on has a September UY is this a problem? Let me know please help

An original purchase from DVC will have a 150 point minimum. They will NOT allow a sale of fewer points unless you already have a master contract (direct purchase or resale).

Once you have a master contract (direct purchase or resale), any add-ons thru DVC will have the same Use Year, but resales are all independant and may have any Use Year. Resale master contracts may be of any size (25 points or more)- no minimum required. DVC will allow an add-on even with a master contract of 25 points.

DVC requires a 150 point initial purchase- no minimum with a resale. DVC add-ons- minimum of 25 points- same Use Year as initial contract regardless of resort. Resale add-ons, no limitations for Use Year or points (although there are NO contracts smaller than 25 points available anyplace).
