Small add ons at OKW?

Does anyone know about how often small add ons become available for OKW? We had purchased a resale last Dec. & then did a small 25 pt. add on for cash in June when we got a postcard from DVC.

DH & I would love to be able to purchase another small add on for cash & I'm wondering how often they become available or is it extremely rare that this situation will arise again.

If you have an agent that you like let them know what you want. Many of the contracts don't ever make it to a listing.

Small contracts do periodically become available thru DVC. Let your DVC guide know that you are interested in a small contract. They will find one in your Use Year when available and let you know.

They, most likely, won't be able to give you a timeframe, since it all depends on the resale market and ROFR, but when something is available they'll let you know.

Call your guide. We called in October of 2002 and had a 50 point add on by early December. The "use year" can make a difference on how quickly it happens.

Thanks for the replies. I had mentioned to her when we bought the first "add-on" to keep us on the list, but I think I'll give her a call again as a reminder!
