I tried to do this SM offer. When I finished it said:

I didn't get the unexpected error today, but I did get sorry, you are not eligible for any surveys today. I figure so many ppl did them today with the higher payout, there's just none left. I can tell you one time a few weeks ago, I had gotten to the last page that says click here to submit. when I clicked it, i got the error white page. the credit still showed up about a week later, but I put in a trouble ticket. Tricia is great with them, she kept watching and once she realized i did get credit anyway, all my frustration was for nothing. put in a trouble ticket today, remembering as much about the survey as you can, especially if you remember who the survey was through...greenspan sometimes. it may help

I think she means ths special SurveySpot offer in supermembers lounge for
.30. I also had the same message and asked Tricia about it. She said I may have done it before but I am thinking that that message was not from doing before but an error on their side. I plan on keep trying it until it works.
