SM ghost galaxy

just checking in my app and noticed it down for entire month of September. Know it's getting switched over for Halloween time so shouldn't it be running by then?? Maybe just a glitch??
Anyone know what's going on??

Disney's website shows it reopening September 15:

Also shows as reopening September 15 in my app. Maybe try closing and reopening the app?

Hmm. I've turned phone and app off/on and also deleted app and reinstalled. Still showing ride is down all of September.

In the app, did you go through the following? Sorry this seems very "calling tech support"-ish with what feels like silly, obvious questions:

Click "Park Hours"
Select September 15
Scroll down to "Closed for Refurbishment"

In my app, it shows SM and HM closed on the 14th, but gone from the refurb list on the 15th.

It's on my app too. I have noticed that the app doesn't always update with the latest info for future dates. I bet it will update to the correct closures closer to the dates.

That's another one of those weird "why do some people have the glitch and others do not" type of things! I looked in the app (Android, version 4.7.1) and it shows Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion as being closed on September 14, but they're both gone from the list on September 15. Either way, both are slated to re-open at Friday, September 15 for the start of HalloweenTime!
