Slow moving AOL

Is anyone else having this problem? My computer is working at a snail's pace. What is the problem here? I don't know if it's the war or AOL or both. Just curious to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

I've been having the same problem in Louisiana for the past few days. Terrible trying to connect and when I do, way slow.

As of next week, I will be on Verizon DSL. I can't take this dial up any longer!!!! I'm finding that I'm on the computer a lot more these days and the telephone line is blocked because of it. Can't have that with kids in school nowadays.
