I like shin ramyun the best (spicy Korean style). I like it best with a slice of American cheese on top, which is what we used to do in the army in Korea. Also shrimp and soy sauce flavors are pretty good.
We also occasionally buy fresh Sun brand ramen noodles and make fresh ramen noodle soup, which is more like a real meal, with veggies, eggs, fish cakes, and whatever broth you choose to make (Sun also includes flavor packets that are pretty good--making it a quick dinner).
