As I’m sitting here watching (actually listening) to the morning news, they said today is National Cheesecake Day. I instantly Googled it and sure enough, it is. I was going to do today’s poll on something else and then decided to change it. So now…we’re going to talk about yummy cheesecake instead. There’s so many different styles of cheesecakes that it will be impossible to mention each of them. So today we’ll talk about how much we like it and the types we like (for the poll, I’ll keep it narrowed down to what’s in the picture below ⬇️)

Now that you read those explanations, let’s hear your sweet, cheesy answers today…..

What is your opinion of cheesecake?
What types do you like?
(multiple choice)

For Me……I like cheesecake, but very rarely eat it. I will enjoy it when it’s served somewhere else, because I never ever buy it for us at home. If I’m going to buy any type of cake, I will always choose birthday cake or ice cream cake over cheesecake. I’ll even add different pies that I’d buy before cheesecake. Now that I’m doing this poll, I’m now wanting a piece of cheesecake - LOL!

LOVE it
I rarely buy it if I want cheesecake I’m gonna make it
If I’m in a restaurant and they offer cheesecake I’ll usually get a slice Absolutely love cheesecake I’ll eat just about any kind you put in front of me

I love cheesecake, but don't have it often.
I never buy it always make it.
I like classic, Oreo, Carrot cake, chocolate, caramel, pumpkin, cherry, blueberry and there are a few others I used to make.
DS does not like it. DD does, so I make one occasionally for her.

I like cheesecake, and tend to favor ones that lean to the creamier side a little. Some can be a little too dense and kind of dry for me.

There was a great place near where I worked that made fantastic ones, including seasonal flavors like pumpkin. They had lines around the block at holiday times.

I like cheesecake; we have it maybe once or twice a year. I don't order it in restaurants (rarely if ever order dessert) and the only time I purchased one was from Sam's, and it was sad. If we are having cheesecake, we make it at home. I think my favorite is marble, although DD made a killer pumpkin/maple last year for Thanksgiving.

I love cheesecake.

Lately I have been making it with a sous vide.

Individual jar cheesecakes that turn out amazing with little effort.

I only eat cheesecake if my husband orders it for dessert in a restaurant. We like cherries on top. But in general, cheesecake is not my favorite dessert.

I’ve never bought one; it’s a simple recipe (1-1-1 proportions of cream cheese, egg and sugar) and easy to embellish. I make quite a few because most people seem to like it. It’s always a winner to serve at dinner parties and it carries well if you need to take something for an event. One of my most complimented ones was “peanut butter and jelly” with peanut butter mixed into the batter and grape jelly swirled throughout. :goodvibes

I expected a response already that details precisely where to get cheesecake on Disney property…and also Is the TieDye Cheesecake at POP Century good?

When I want my Cheesecake served with a side of the very best whipping cream…
I Go To Cheesecake Factory
I’m not a big fan of cheesecake but yes please to the whipping cream !

Normally I like it but don’t go out of my way for it. Except I absolutely love Cheesecake Factory’s Godiva Chocolate cheesecake. Yum!

Cheesecake Factory has a half price slice today for members of their rewards club, but it’s for dine in. Have other plans today so won’t be able to take advantage.

I love Cheesecake! DH's aunt makes all different kinds for family gatherings, often the mini ones. I voted for plain, sweet, fruit, and holiday...but that's only because I haven't tried savory ones. I expect I'd like those too.

LOVE cheesecake! However, I don't make them that often. Still, it has become one of the preferred birthday cakes in the family (even over the ice cream cake!) I make it plain so we can add different toppings (cherries, chocolate/caramel drizzles with chocolate/caramel bits, blueberries, strawberries & chocolate drizzle, etc.)

I like it but can no longer eat it. I can't say I love it because not all cheesecake is created equally. I do like ones that are creamy and more dense and am a fan of fun flavors. I am still super bitter about the Cheesecake Factory discontinuing the carrot cake cheesecake. Huge mistake. I had some cheesecake at a diner in CT that was phenomenal. It was baklava blended with cheesecake. YUM!
