Easter is on Sunday.
Is your home decorated for Easter?



For Me…..For the first time in 25 years my home is not decorated for Easter.
My DD19 is at college. My in-laws & my parents wanted to do brunch this year, so I’m not hosting the normal Easter meal. Because of these reasons, I took this season off from decorating. I’m not gonna lie, I‘m kinda wishing now that I did decorate - my house is way to blah for Easter being here in a few days.

I have a basket of goodies made up. The decorations are packed and in storage. I was hoping to be moved by now.

We never have. We used to do eggs, but now DD11 doesn't even care about that. She just wants her basket lol.

I wasn’t going to put out my Easter Deco and then changed my mind and I’m glad I did - I don’t decorate for others I do it for me because I enjoy it - almost each item has a memory - either one of my kids made it - we got it at Disney - etc there is a memory tied to it - so it’s double enjoyable looking at the deco and thinking about the time we got the item or maybe the person who made it - I have several Easter items made by an older adult who is no longer with us and I think of them when I see those items

Yes I have wreath , flag outside.

Inside a have things I inherited from my mom and since my birthday is in March I always get Easter something. This year it was a blanket with bunnies on it and a bunny on a bicycle.

I am very much not a seasonal decorator, aside from Christmas trees.

I have several things out on a shelf, a wooden bunny wreath, a couple things on the cabinet doors, and a couple window clings on the bathroom mirror.

We have some Easter stuff around the house. We've already had the egg hunt and family dinner, so it'll get packed up soon.

Yes I decorated but not as much as in the past.

Does a Christmas Tree count? I don't know, maybe I should finally take it down Saturday.....

DW put a few things up this year. when the lids are home I'm sure she will hide eggs etc. for them. for some reason my don't ever seem to be too old for anything...lol..

I have not done it yet. I have a bin or two of Easter decor in the attic. We do not host the extended family meal, but my college kids will be home for a few days and all three of my kids will be looking forward to their Easter baskets. Not sure that they will care if their stuff actually makes it into the basket LOL. Getting stuff in and out of our attic is a two person job—maybe tonight.

I no longer decorate for Easter, or any other holiday except Christmas. I used to, when the kids were young.

I did do the eggs and a friend brought over a hyacinth and a wooden bunny. So, yes, we are decorated!

Yes....I decorated inside before we left.
I'll up up the door decoration and yard flag on Friday.

Same. Even Christmas trees are too cluttery for my brain, but I do it because the husband and kids like it. That is the extent of any seasonal decor.
