Popcorn…..a classic snack for many. You can pop it yourself, buy it in the snack aisle already popped, it comes in flavors and the best is from the movie theater. So, the Wednesday question is…..

What is your opinion of popcorn?
Do you pop your popcorn at home or elsewhere?
Do you buy it already popped?
Do you enjoy flavored popcorn?
Do you enjoy buying popcorn at the movie theater?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I like popcorn, but my UC won’t allow me to eat it, so that’s a bummer. When I could eat it, I enjoyed popcorn at the movie theater, caramel corn, cheese flavored corn and especially Chicago mix (Garrett’s (my fellow Chicagoans know what I’m talking about)) which is caramel and cheese mixed together.

I love popcorn! :)

Sometimes I pop it at home. I like it plain.
Sometimes I buy it at the grocery store. I like the less salty, less buttery kind.
I never buy it at the movies though. Way too expensive, salty and greasy. :crazy2:

Chicago Blend is called crack-corn in my house because it’s totally addictive. We’ve gotten quite a few people hooked on it over the years.

I love popcorn!

I go in waves of making the microwave kind at home, occasionally buy the healthy-style bags at the grocery store, and enjoy the movie theatre kind best.

I like popcorn can’t eat a lot of it as it doesn’t always agree with me
I pop it at home occasionally I’ll get some of that nice tasty Chicago mix from Costco and that stuff is delicious❤️

I love popcorn! I usually pop it at home in my microwave popper, but I will always buy it at the movies as I just can’t resist it.

I discovered Garrett’s popcorn while on a work conference trip to Chicago many years ago. I was touring the city on my own and just followed the crowds and I saw a line outside the Garrett’s shop. I ordered the mix and it was so good. 😊 🤤😋

I like popcorn and will eat it sometimes. I always get the little bits stuck in my gums. 😭

I always get a bucket of it plain at the movie theater.

At home, if we're settling in to watch a movie together one evening as a family, I'll pop the plain Orville Redenbacher kernels in oil in a giant kettle and sprinkle it with garlic salt. That's my favorite. I do have a neglected air popper.

Around Christmas, I always buy a sad tin of pre-popped flavored popcorn. Not the best, but the kids love it.

And then very rarely I'll get a giant sack of kettle corn from Costco. That stuff is so good, but so bad.

EDIT: And I have to say it. I think microwave popcorn smells nasty and it makes a slimy film in my mouth. Can't eat that. It turns out, when you're an adult, if you don't like something, you don't have to eat it. That's all.

I love popcorn.
Mostly pop it at home using an air popper. Butter and salt.
We have it once or twice a month when we have movie day.

I like it at the movie....but won't pay the price. DD has popcorn perks, so I get it from her account or if I earn enough points in my account.
I like it at Disney also

You just reminded me that when we go to Disney or Universal, I like to buy a popcorn bucket on the first day and just refill it all week. Saves me from having to buy the kids random snacks every 20 minutes. And I hit it hard too. 😀

Happy memories of the over-salted amusement park belly ache.

I pop at home in a regular pot and add butter And salt. i don’t like microwave popcorn or ready made popcorn.

We pop it at home, either in a pot on the stove or via microwave bags. It's one of the few treats the resident 7 year old enjoys that has no sugar in it. I prefer mine plain (with butter, of course) but the little guy likes his swimming in "shaky-cheese!"

I like popcorn, might even love it if it weren’t from those pieces that get into my gums. I usually buy the prepopped Skinny Pop from Costco. They have a few flavors and all are good.

They sell Garrett's popcorn at Midway airport now. We have been picking it up on our way home from our flights. My husband likes the Garrett's Chicago mix that is now available at the grocery store. But I prefer the popcorn from the real locations. It is delicious. :)

I love popcorn. But I briefly had a Dentist who advised his patients to never eat it.

I love popcorn especially at the movies. At home I go through phases of having popcorn as a snack. I like it best sprayed with PAM (saves calories over butter) and sprinkled with the white cheese flavoring.

I like it-alot!
I like buying it already popped, in the bag. There is usually some microwave variety in the cupboards too.
That huge bag from Costco of the cheese/caramel mix doesn't last a week when in the house

I like it. We occasionally make it at home (stovetop, not microwave) and will get some when we go to the movies a few times a year. Butter and salt.
