I tend to eat plain or BBQ the most but sometimes have other flavors as well.

Will occasionally eat them when having some sort of sandwich. Never eat them as just a snack, too many other healthier options. Do like the low/no-salt options many now offer. The regular ones taste way too salty to me. I do laugh at some of the bizarre flavors now offered when walking down that aisle in the grocery store.

Didn't one of the companies sponsor an online contest prior to the Super Bowl each year about which new flavor to introduce?

I really love chips. a little too much, like others on this thread, there are very few Chips I don’t like, maybe spicy ones.
Lays plain are my favourite, or ketchup, Yum yum cheesies are the best! they also have great BBQ as well as plain/rippled chips.

Due to needing to monitor my sodium intake for high blood pressure, my now favorite chips are UTZ no salt plain chips.

I also like the Terra (brand) sweet potato chips, no salt added.

I LOVE the cheddar and sour cream chips but can no longer eat them as I will inhale a whole bag in one sitting. They aren't low sodium. I rarely see them in an individual snack size bag which would be a healthier size for me to wolf down.

When I was younger I tended towards plain or sour cream regular or ruffles most often, but would try/eat most any kind. Some other flavors I could eat some of, but not a lot, at one time.

I rarely have or buy potato chips now, but did have some kettle chips at a cookout last month, and enjoyed them. So they would make my list now!

I forgot to add, I have recently switched over to a healthier brand of chips: PopCorners. I discovered them when I was at a local hospital luncheon celebration. I was surprised that they included them as something many of their cancer patients can snack on. So I checked the nutrition label.

They are baked instead of fried. Unlike many of the baked chips I've had that seem like a baked piece of cardboard, they are puffy and crunchy and the flavor I had are pretty tasty. Instead of the 9gr - 12 gr of fat a fried chip has, it has about 6 gr of fat instead for the same amount. I like the cheddar flavor (which is also slightly lower in sodium than cheese puffs.) And friends said they surprisingly like the BBQ flavor.

Nowadays we have several brands of either Old Bay or “crab seasoning “ chips.
And crackers, sauces, hot sauce, fries, pastas, breads…Ice cream, Mac & cheese. You name it!

I love potato chips, and can't stop, once I start.....trying hard to keep them out of the house, and avoid the temptation. Really love kettle chips.

I second Utz Crab Chips. They scream Maryland.

Yep... I never used to be able to find them up here. I had to buy them when visiting my parents and bring them home, or sometimes my mom would bring them when she came to visit. But within the last couple of years Utz has added Buffalo to their market. They didn't carry crab chips right away but I am starting to see them locally more and more now.

For Me……We eat potato chips about once a month, maybe a little more often in the summer because we are grilling burgers and hot dogs more often. I mainly buy original/plain ones and sometimes buy sour cream & onion. I enjoy other flavors, but rarely buy them, because if I buy them, then someone’s gotta eat them, and I don’t want us eating them. Why does all the yummy stuff have to be bad for you? Annoying - LOL!

My favorite in the world is Walkers Worcestershire sauce crisps. Tried them in Scotland and we brought home a case of them. Second best is Walkers Prawn Cocktail. It doesn’t taste like the shrimp just mild cocktail sauce.

Jalapeño because what is life without a little spice!

Guess it depends on the food. I like the taste of plain potatoes. I have had jalapeno ruin a lot of otherwise flavorful foods. I don't get Diablo Shrimp. Shrimp has a delightful, light flavor. Part of my dislike clearly is linked to trips to Mexico where we were warned that spice was a warning sight that rancid ingredients were being cover up.

I pretty much like them all, some just more than others.

I've tried ketchup and also prawn flavored crisps when in Europe and they didn't really float my boat, but I liked them OK.

My all-time favorite was Lays Wasabi and Ginger, but as best I can tell they took them out of circulation years ago. (At least I can't find them.)

We weren't allowed to eat chips when I was a kid and I never developed a taste for them. I like pretzels, pita chips, and occasionally eat Doritos, but not potato chips!
