Are you a cat person?
If yes….How many cats do you have or how many cats have you had?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I’m not a cat person due to me being allergic. Even when I was a kid I couldn’t sleep over at anyone’s house that had a cat. It’s too bad, because I think I would enjoy having a cat. My DH is even more allergic than me, so a cat will never live in this house.

I love all animals, but I prefer to have a cat as a pet. They're just a little easier. I guess that makes me a "cat person." I love my Silvian - she's a little tortie with no tail. She's willful though and has that tortitude!

I’m more of a dog person but my kids were cat people so we’ve had several cats and I currently have a cat who thinks he’s a dog all together I think over the history I think we’re up to five cats over the years I’ll agree cats can be a lot easier on some issues than dogs Because you don’t have to take cats outside in the winter my current cat litter how many scratching post I buy him and he scratched through circles so far he like scratching my furniture no matter what I have tried nothing can get him to stop

I'm a cat person (but also a dog person). I grew up with both a cat and a dog, and when I married my husband he came with 2 cats, Big Kitty and Little Kitty. He's very original with naming! We lost Big about 10 years ago and lost Little in March. We are fostering to adopt 2 kittens right now that just moved in with us on Thursday!

Btw, if anyone's looking for kittens look for a shelter that does foster to adopt. The smaller kitten that we have has been having a hard time keeping food down. Long story short, she's been to the vet twice and the emergency vet once in less than a week. The shelter paid for it all (probably close to $2000), will pay for any other vet bills for now, and will also pay for them to be spayed. Once they are spayed, they will be ours officially. All we have to do right now is love them!

I am 1000% a cat person! We currently have 4 but had 8 at one time. We will probably keep it to 2 as time goes on because it's too hard to say goodbye. I've been more upset over my cats dying than most people. I've attached a couple who went over the Rainbow Bridge. I currently have a mixture of Maine Coons, a Pixiebob and a Russian Blue.

Edited to add names - photos from first to last - Salem, Hobbes, Jack, Riley and Dodge

Current cats are Severus, Luna, Loki and Hooper

Dog person/family. Have had several in past years. None currently, probably not in the future either.

I am not a cat person, mainly because I find it so gross that most people let them climb all over their table and counters.

I'd have a cat if I didn't have birds. Once you pull a pet bird out of a cat's mouth, you never want to do it again.

Luckily, Birdie was ok. I got to him in time. I have parrots now, who are out of their cages most of the day, so I wouldn't want a cat to sneak up on them.
