I know we just talked about Cadbury Eggs yesterday, but since it’s Easter, and with Easter there’s lots of Easter candies, we’re gonna stick with the candy theme today. Not a very good theme for me with me leaving for the gym in an hour - LOL! Everyone has a certain Easter candy that they enjoy now or in the past. The candies listed are candies that are just available during the Easter season. So give us your sugary good answer today…….

Will you or have you enjoyed any Easter candy this year?
Regardless if you are or are not enjoying Easter candy this year - which Easter candy do you enjoy?
(multiple choice)

For Me……I have not had any Easter candy and I won’t be having any this year. My most absolute favorite are Hershey chocolate eggs, and to prevent me from overeating them, I gave up chocolate for Lent. I could buy them for after Easter, but I don’t need all the calories. I do enjoy jellybeans, Peeps and Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs. I bought Peeps for DD21’s Easter basket, so I may eat one of those.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I could eat my weight in them in one day !!! Love these things !!! This is the last holiday to get the big thick ones until Halloween 🎃 so I had to get some to hold me over !!
My dieting starts after Easter and ends with Halloween I follow the Reese’s schedule for my dieting have for years 🤣🤣🤣 stop fighting it a long time ago I just can’t resist these delicious little candies ❤️❤️❤️

I said no because I think I can resist a few more days. I love me some peanut butter cups but the day I was going to break down and get them the store was out. I also like the speckled eggs type candy but did not get any this year. Celebrating Easter at my moms so I’m hoping I can escape any candy temptation there.

Wont be buying any easter candy until the week after easter when its 75-90% off - assuming there is any left to sell on clearance. They seem to buy less and less every year and in some cases they just dump it and set up for the next thing instead of taking up the space with clearance candy .

I have not eaten any Easter candy this year...yet.
I will eat some Easter and after that.
I have filled the 5 baskets I make for the kids and grand kids.
I will put some out when they come over on Sunday.
I have Hershey's chocolate eggs, Cadbury mini eggs, Easter color M&Ms and we have chocolate bunnies for the table decoration at each seat.
Mine and DD's are dark chocolate, the 4 at DS's house have milk chocolate and DH (shame on him) has white

I am recovering from HIPEC surgery in February. I actually enjoyed a dark chocolate flaked coconut egg before my surgery because Acme had some out even before Lent began.

I was gifted another package, but not sure I’ll be able to eat any yet.

I have bought some Boston Fruit slices, regular and sugar free as dessert for our small Easter gathering. I may have one of those.

So far all I've bought for the baskets are the pastel m&ms, and some spring themed chessman cookies. I need to get a few other things, but we just don't go through that much candy. The kids both still have some chocolate from xmas - and they didn't even get that much! I might go for the pastel wrapped mini kit-kats, those usually go pretty fast, and some dove dark chocolate eggs. I'll likely have a few pieces of whatever I buy.

We bought all our Easter candy a while ago from our local chocolate place (Malley's, for my fellow NE Ohioans :thumbsup2). They also sell what they call their "Sweet Slips", e.g. production errors that they bag up and sell as a discount. A couple months ago, the bag ended up being a bunch of Easter-related items, so we've already eaten some peanut butter eggs and other Easter chocolate - back in Feb. :)
