In all honesty…..On a scale of 1-9. with 9 being the most, how much of a Stars Wars fan are you?

*This is for everything Star Wars - the movies, the shows on Disney+, Galaxy’s Edge at the parks - all of it.

*The reason why I ask “In all honesty” is because I’m curious if there really is that many people that think Star Wars is absolutely the greatest thing ever, or if there’s a lot of bandwagon fans. If you are a bandwagon fan, please let us know. This is just for fun - nobody will throw anything at you :duck:

*Inspiration for this poll is Mando and Grogu recently made their debut at Galaxy’s Edge at HS in WDW. The crowds around him were crazy big - he’s very popular. I’ve seen videos at DL and it’s the same way.

For Me…..I’m a 2 - not a fan :sad2:
I’ve seen the first three movies, more than once, but I don’t need to see anymore - no interest.
I’ve walked through Galaxy’s Edge in HS, and I was very impressed with the area, very very awesome with how everything looked. We spent very little time there because my DH & DD19 aren‘t fans either.

I keep telling myself I should take the time to watch everything I haven’t seen, but I just can’t do it. My interest is Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean. If Captain Jack was walking around the MK, I’d be one of the people in that crazy crowd - LOL!

I chose 4 - really like most of the movies and enjoy walking thru SW land at WDW…but I’m not tempted to buy stuff like robots or light sabers…

Maybe a 4, I was a kid and seen the first three movies in the movie theater. Those movies were exciting and even collected all the action figures. However not sure the newer movies really are as good as the first three.

I voted 5....middle of the road.
They are fun, but I don't go out of my way for anything Star Wars.
I have seen all the movies, most of the TV series, rode the rides (those I am done with).
But I have family members that are super fans

9! 9000.
Saw the original 3 times when I was 7, and hooked. In my bonus room now, surrounded by Star Wars collectibles. Except for one Haunted Mansion item, all Christmas/birthday gifts were SW related. ha.
My favorite all time album is The Empire Strikes Back soundtrack.
I do love the originals the best, but also love most of the other movies, and even the ones I don't love, there are still great aspects. Love Clone Wars, REbels, Bad Batch series. Live action shows are great too. Own Jedi robes, but would love to cosplay more. Hope I can make it to another Celebration sooner than later.
Now back to listning to this vlog/reactors discussing and breaking down the first episode of Mandalorian,,,,,

I picked a 2. I’ve seen prob the first 3-4 movies. Liked them at the time but I was pretty young. Enjoyed the rides and area in the Disney parks. That’s about it.

I went with 7, I'll call that a middling fan. When I was a kid, I was a super fan. I watched the original trilogy several times, posters on the wall in my bedroom, Star Wars toys all over, etc.

As a young adult, I continued to enjoy the original trilogy and would watch it periodically on cable. And I went and saw the prequels in the theater with huge groups of friends. (If you're a DC/MD/VA person, we went to the Uptown. 😭 It was a very big deal.)

Now as a middle aged woman, DH and I went to the final trilogy at the Uptown. (Sobbing starts here, I'm going to miss that place.) I indoctrinated the kids in Star Wars. I bought the kids a ton of Star Wars toys when they were younger. I buy DS13 all the Star Wars books he wants. Disney+ came with my cell plan, so yeah, the kids watch all the shows and movies constantly. And I buy the movie DVDs. Yes, we all enjoy visiting Galaxy's Edge, but it's not all that....

Middlin'

I enjoyed the movies, but have lost interest in the disney + stories that have come out. Have not been on the rides, except the original one. Haven’t wanted to wait in line that long.

I loved the original being around 12 at the time, but never got into the sequels(or the prequels). But I have really enjoyed the new trilogy’s and all of the new content being put out …Kenobi, Andor, Mandoloria, Boba Fett. I’m still not a “super-fan” as I just don’t have time to follow all the small details and rather just sit back and enjoy!

Went with 7 - not super fan but really good fan ! Loved the first 6 movies a lot and the whole experience at WDW and enjoy even more seeing it through adult DD eyes as she was not even around when Star Wars started so it gives me a different perspective on it

Not a fan at all. Even our DS who spent his entire childhood obsessed with super heroes and can still tell you every detail of the Marvel Universe, never got into Star Wars. We would still check it out at DLR though, when the opportunity arises.

I'm mostly a Mandalorian fan. I don't think I've seen all of the original trilogy (it all came out before I was born, I did see the first one when they re-released them in theaters before the prequels came out). I saw all the prequels and sequels, but only once each.

I voted 1. I've never actually seen any of the Star Wars movies. They don't interest me, especially since I now know that the sequels aren't too great. I do like Rise of the Resistance and Smuggler's Run (when I'm the pilot). In terms of franchises LOTR is more my speed lol

My husband is a big fan. He took his senior pics in jedi robes . I'd say I'm like a 5 or 6. I love the robots!

We started watching Star Wars when the first movie, A New Hope, was released to the theaters - the first time. We waited impatiently for three years before the second one came out. I don't consider myself a super fan because I don't really care for some of the spin offs. But we are big fans. :)

I voted 5 they are too ok, I have seen all the movies because my husband is a big fan. He is very disappointed in galaxy’s edge and hates the timeline they created for the area and that they don’t have the classic characters featured other than chewy.

Voted 1 as I can’t say I’m a fan. I know the first movie was one of the first movies I saw in a theater as a kid. I think I saw The Empire Strikes Back. Pretty sure I didn’t see any others—just not interested. We did ride Rise of the Resistance a few years ago—the theming was incredible.

Probably a 4 here. As with most people, saw and enjoyed the first 3, many times over. The prequels and sequels, not much. Vince was into it big times as a kid, with our help, ha. He was born in '77, right at the beginning of SW. He had so many figures and playsets and accessories. If/when I get back to WDW, I'll do the SW stuff there.
