Tomorrow is Mickey Mouse’s birthday , so all week my polls are going to be Mickey themed. Today we’re going to talk about Mickey waffles. Some of us really love Mickey waffles and some of us can take them or leave them. They are very fun and they taste like waffles. If you’ve ever had the churro ones at The Crystal Palace then you need to do that on your next trip - they are amazing! One thing I love about Mickey waffles is that you can find them everywhere - they are not exclusive to just one or two places. I’m kinda glad the churro ones are, because I’d be eating them every day if they were everywhere - LOL!

Today, be honest with your opinion of Mickey waffles. Some people don’t like them, and that’s ok. So tell us today…..

What is your honest opinion of Mickey waffles?

For Me…..I like them 🙂👍🏻 and don’t love them. I would never order them specifically for me to eat, but I do enjoy them when we have breakfast at ‘Ohana. When we ate at The Crystal Palace last trip, I enjoyed the churro Mickey waffles (I can eat my weight of those things), but I took no regular Mickey waffles.

Good morning! I didn't know that Mickey had a birthday!

I said I like them (I never met a waffle I didn't like), but I'm not sure I've had them. We had a character breakfast at Ohana's twice (2006 and 2009) and I think they had them available then.

Have a great day!

Not a huge waffle fan but if they are churro I’m in !!! ❤️ they serve them one time only on the cruise 🚢 and it’s always a hit !!!

I like Mickey waffles. I will eat one when my husband and I share a Bounty platter at a Disney resort. But other than that, I don't eat them.

I like waffles, Mickey or otherwise, but they'd never be my go to when there are so many other nicer things to eat!

I like Mickey waffles, but am not a big morning meal person, so I don’t eat them often. If I could get a Disney breakfast at dinner time I would eat them more often. Considering all the different time zones people travel from, they really need to have breakfast available 24 hours a day somewhere on property. I bet it would be popular . . .

I like them. They're not a must, but I actually prefer the plain over any of the specialty flavors. I think it's because I tend to prefer waffles and pancakes with butter and take a more savory route. In fact, the gluten free ones are also very tasty.

Absolute must-have every trip.

Many years ago, when the boys were younger, our Elf brought us a Mickey waffle iron and all the things to make waffles. Somehow it became the tradition that the first school snow day I fix Mickey waffles. We use it other times, but always on the first snow day.

I am a fresh made waffle fan, and if it happens to be Mickey shaped, all the better!

If I’m eating MWs they have to be freshly made, preferably in front of me. I’m that way with all the waffles I eat.

I honestly don't know if I have ever had Disney Mickey Waffles. My daughter bought me a Mickey Waffle maker but it more like a Mickey Pancake maker.

I said they were edible because I frankly can't remember eating them. I'm sure I have since I've been going since 1983 and my son was a toddler at the time. I can say in the last 30 years I have not eaten them. I do love a waffle but I'm more of a fluffy waffle gal. Love the ones at Sleepy Hollow (never had the unfortunate Mickey ones), those are the only ones I eat while at WDW.

I've never had one. They were never really a thing at Disneyland until fairly recently, and when I was at WDW I ate other breakfast things like Tonga Toast. Disneyland is (or was) all about the Mickey Mouse Pancake for decades. Sadly I don't even know if they still serve it anymore, as I haven't even been to DL since Feb. 2020. :sad1:
