I'm sorry you feel that way ... but let me explain why I posted that. See, ruby slippers just remind me of Six Flags parks b/c they have all these gift shops w/Wizard of Oz stuff. And, I HATE Six Flags parks!!!! Six Flags is the antithesis of WDW and they so want to be WDW and it just isn't going to happen and I cannot stand the rudeness of their employees (having just been there on Weds.). I guess it just struck me as odd b/c most people think Cinderella's glass slipper w/Disney and not ruby slippers.

And, yes ... she was v. nice to me and I appreciate her kindness. But, I wasn't mean. I said that I hated (it's right there in my post) to do it, and I never said she had to change it ... just stated that glass slippers are more connected w/Disney than ruby slippers.

And, while I have been on the Great Movie Ride, that showcases ALL classic movies and, in all honesty, even though Wizard of Oz is in that ride, I still cannot associate Wizard of Oz w/Disney! I suppose it's b/c you don't see Dorothy walking around the parks like you see Cinderella.

I apologize for offending ... it wasn't my intention! My intention was to inform.
