Well, I'm sure the formatting will get all messed up, but I thought I'd tell you what I finally ordered with my big $750 gift certificate that I had won. I managed to talk them into giving me the 15% "online" Mother's Day discount. Hey, I would have ordered online if they would let me redeem the GC online.

The girl taking the order figured out the 15% differently from me, so she was coming up with a total of $760.60. I'm not going to complain about the 4 or so dollars.


Most of the stuff will be here in 7-10 days. The cake dec. set and the library stool should take 2-3 weeks. And the Library Embossers (you know "From the Library of" and then name and initials--one for each of us!) will take 4-6 weeks. It'll be Christmas in May!!!!

DH wasn't happy when it was supposed to be a set of luggage. He was *happier* when they were out of it and I got the GC. Now he's even happier that I got an extra $120 worth of stuff! Plus a few of the things were on sale, so that was another $49 before the 15% came off. So $913 worth of merchandise for $10.60 (plus the taxes we'll pay later on the $750--but the 15% discount should kind of "make up" for that).

Woohoo! Kitchen gadgets galore!

And congrats on hitting your 500th post too! I noticed that you haven't been hit by the tag fairy yet either so now don't feel so bad that I don't have a cute little saying under my name either with my 270-something posts. I must not say anything cute! lol!

Yeah, I can't think of anything "cute" to say, so I never changed it. But I guess I'm open to suggestions....

And it took me a week or two to figure out what to get. I had to look at *everything* on the website. I didn't have a catalog, and when I got one it wasn't very "exciting" anyway. Everything they have is on the website, but not necessarily in the catalog. But it was kind of better that I was dragging my feet because they came out with the Mother's Day discount, which meant I could get more stuff!

Now if you're talking about pics of what I make with this stuff, don't hold your breath! LOL! Just because I ordered all the cooking/baking stuff doesn't mean I actually plan to use it. Well, at least not until Evan's next birthday or the holidays.
