Slightly different car hire question

Hi

We have our Orlando car hire sorted but we are flying from Heathrow next month. We initially planned to get the train to London as we have a friends and family railcard but with 3 cases, a pushchair, car seat and 2 kids we decided to look into car hire (our cars just aren't big enough to hold all the luggage - I got a company car and traded a Note (tardis like) for a Golf and I'm missing the extra space!)

So I have managed to get a couple of quotes that look reasonable but then they add on anywhere between £40 and £55 for one way hire which suddenly makes it very expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for UK based car hire to get us to the airport?
