Slide in truck Camper Help!

here are some photos of the lance we had with the slide out. the dinnette was the slide.

just sharing for those who haven't been in these..

Very cool. I guess the slide out helps make room for the dry bath vs. the wet bath ?? We are going to an RV show next month and I hope they have some new Lance's on display...we are going to take our friends with us so they can check them out. We aren't in the market for a new RV but we like to check out the new stuff and accessories.

our camper was the longer one. we have an 8 foot bed with a dually. the camper hangs off the back of that about 3 feet and that is where the dry bath comes in. here is a photo of the truck with our camper on it. keep in mind lance campers are very expensive. the quality is very good and if you can find a used one you will be ahead.

also, keep in mind the newer lances (not sure what year it was) now have a basement. normally a truck camper floor sits between your wheel wells. lance started making them so the floor is raised to above the wheels in the truck bed. it made more floor space and gives some extra storage underneath. not for anything major. but, more storage is a plus for these babies..
