Sleigh Ride

Does anybody know where we go for the sleigh ride? It is a surprise for my boyfriend this Friday and I am mostly wheelchair bound, so I need to be directing him without giving too much away. I have been told by various cast members to meet at Circle D Ranch, or the Trail's End Restuarant/Crockett's Tavern. We are locals and I have lived here for years but I have never been to Fort Wilderness so I quite literally have no idea what I am doing. We will be driving, possibly from Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom if that makes any difference.

Also, does anybody have any suggestions on where we could eat that night? The sleigh ride is at 7pm, and we may try to catch the daytime parade at MK or AK before.

I saw several sleigh rides getting ready Saturday night. I believe they met right at the farrier shed which is very close to the settlement bus stop. You can call (407) 824-2900 and ask for the front desk for more info. If you call now you could possibly get a ressie for trails end that night after the ride. That would also give you a good excuse to be in the campground.

thank you! I did just what you said by calling the front desk and they were not only able to give me the location but also called to check and said that they would have a place to store my wheelchair during the sleigh ride. It is such a relief thatI don't have to try to walk to the bus or off and stand with my crutches.
