I brought one about 5 years ago. Pretty good experience. I got 0% financing for 9 months. They delivered, set up and removed the old mattress. Very nice.

In April of 2002, we bought a mattress, boxspring and frame for our then 2 year old's first big boy bed.
Six years later, it's gone. We replaced it over this past summer. What a mess. The mattress was sagging on one side and was basically uncomfortable.
Now, we didn't buy him a top-of-the-line set, but we still thought that it should have lasted a lot longer.
Personally, I wouldn't purchase from there again.

We always use them. Have never had a problem. We got 2 mattresses for the ds bunk beds, one set for ds which we replaced after about 15 years with a new xlong twin since he is so tall.

Now we will be shopping for 3 more mattresses, dh and I are going to cave in and get a new one. One ds broke his mattress, dont ask how!!

I am hoping since we are geting so many that we could get a discount.
I dont know about the delivery. Dh always asks them to deliver it to the local store and we just load it into the stow and go van, but this time with the queen for us I guess we will do the delivery.

I do know we questioned their return policy etc. and dh said it was strange, like the salesperson said, oh no one ever returns anything etc. and it did have some strange use clause, packaging thing?? I cant remember the details, but ask if you do.

I just bought a foam mattress from overstock. It was really cheap ($350ish for a king) and so far it has performed really well.

We bought our mattress set there a little over a year ago, and just had a twin set for DD's "Big Girl Bed" delivered yesterday. They just make everything so easy, no waiting for weeks to get stuff. I'm looking at my paperwork, and it does say "No refunds will be offered after delivery." The next paragraph Talks about their "Comfort Exchange Policy." Basically, you can exchange within 21 days for another mattress(you pay any price increase, but there is a fee for this.$149(twin) $249(F/Q) Or $399(King). So esssentially, make sure that is the mattress you want before you buy. Both purchase we have made were very smooth and seamless..no issues with delivery, etc.

I bought one form them in 2004. It saggs in the middle and I have had them come out twice to see it. I can't sleep on it without rolling to the middle.
I change my sheets once a week and always turn my mattress when I change sheets. I flip it, then flip it again, then flip top to bottom then flip it again so I sleep on all areas. When I am in hotel beds, etc I sleep along the edge of the bed, but this bed got a dip in it from when I was going through CA treatments and spent alot of time in the middle of the bed watching TV.
They take the sheets off and measure the dip in the mattress and if it is more than a certain amount they will replace it. Of course the dip isn't as noticable unless someone is on the mattress, it will puff up when it is empty, but they don't care.
I am about ready to get a new one and I will not go to Sleepy's again. I took the insurance coverage for nothing. I don't think 4 years is long enough to own a mattress, and I started calling them when it was 1 year old.
Also, if you have so much as a pea size stain on the mattress it negates the warrenty. I have twice cleaned my mattress with my little green machine before they showed up because even though I have a mattress pad and always have sheets on it somehow it gets spots on it, maybe from turning it, greasy fingers or something.
