Hi there!
We plan to stop at sleepy hollow for some snackage, I can't wait to try the Nutella and Fruit waffle but hubby would go for the chicken and waffle. I'd like to try it, but I think I recall seeing it is spicy chicken? Do they have a non spicy option?

It's not that spicy...or at least it wasn't to me. Lol. And I hate spicy things. They may be able to make a non-spicy option though.

Both are really good. Chicken waffle isn’t spicy in the least it just has a very savory sauce. Definitely try both!

I haven't found any of the foods at Disney spicy at all - with exception of some ethnic dishes.

OP, we love spicy, and always have to carry some with us to add to dishes. They cater to the masses, you know, so have to make things mostly bland.

The fruit and nutella waffle is, IMO, over-rated.

I just realized I'll have time to work Sleepy Hollow into my trip (bumping out Winnie the Pooh M&G easily). Conflicted on whether I should get the Nutella or chicken waffle. Are both served from the time the cart opens at 9?

The chicken and waffle is not spicy at all. If you want to stay on the safe side, order it without the sauce (which is billed as a "sweet and spicy syrup" but is much more sweet than spicy if you could even call it spicy). The "sweet and spicy" nametag is kind of misleading.
