Sleepy Hollow quick service...has anyone been there? Do you know if you can get the waffle sandwiches at any time of the day?? Some of the menu items listed for breakfast are not available at lunch and those listed for lunch are not available for dinner- but there are no time breakdowns. TIA

The Fresh fruit and nutella waffle sandwich is served all day. But the other two waffle sandwiches (ham, prociutto, and swiss, and sweet n spicy chicken, if I remember right) are served only from 11am to 5pm. Never had the two savory options but the Nutella and fruit waffle is great and only a snack credit on the DDP!

Chicken is good but more sweet than spicy if I remember.

Breakfast waffles until 11 am. The spicy chicken and prosciutto waffles are served 11-5. Everything else is served all day.

The Nutella and fruit waffle has never been a snack credit. The PP may have received some pixie dust. People have been waiting to see if it was added to the SC list after the changes to the SC definition in June, but, so far, it hasn't been and, in fact, the Nutella waffle isn't even on the printed menu at all anymore. It is a separate card posted on the counter, much like seasonal items.

I think everyone has made the correct observations on the availability. We like the nutella at the end of the day. One thing I will advise you on is that the "quick service" can sometimes be not so quick. They only have so many waffle makers so you may be stuck waiting for them to cook those up for your meal. I think the shortest waffle wait has been 5 minutes for an EMH dining treat.
During the day there can be a bit of wresting for a spot in the shade. The Hall of Presidents exits adjacent to the seating area so you may find some folks seated, not dining.
Despite these shortfalls it is worth the stop by!.

Yours must have had a different experience than me. I had talked about this sandwich for years to my wife. Our touring plans never allowed for this sandwich. Then I made it happy. WOW it was hot and my wife was pissed. She doesn't do very much spicy so it was a non starter for her. It was rather warm for me, and I don't mind hot or spicy stuff (I use Franks re on my eggs every morning). It was good, but spicy, so I am not sure if I will try it again.

Actually, the latest menu this summer removed the plain waffle and plain funnel cakes as SCs from the signage entirely (much less extra toppings!). I haven't read any reports yet of guests trying to get them (or with strawberry topping) as a SC successfully since the menu change. If you have seen it, please send it my way!
