Sleeps 5 with no bedding?

I see that Beach Club, Boulder Ridge, and Boardwalk sleep 4 in the 1 bedrooms, but DVC guests booking on points can have a 5th guest, with no additional bedding or towels provided. How are people making this work in practice? Can you/do you bring an air mattress? Squish 3 people into the king bed? (Don't judge, I routinely end up with multiple kids in my bed during the course of a night, but it's certainly not my ideal vacation setup.) Thanks for any tips!

My kids fight over sharing a bed; so I have a air mattress in an Owner's Locker. I just call down for extra bedding. I would try that first before bringing bedding or buying it there.

Yes, that's exactly what you can do. With the air mattress, I have heard of some people having success with requesting one from housekeeping, but I wouldn't depend on it as that probably means another guest left one behind and that's why they have it. Definitely not guaranteed so bring your own or plan on sharing a bed like you said.

My young adult son slept in a sleeping bag in the kitchen of our Beach Club 1-bedroom. (We had tried to get him his own studio, but the wait list never came through.) He said he'd be fine with it, and he was -- after years as a Boy Scout, sleeping bags were not a problem.

Order an air mattress from Amazon and have it delivered (may have a $6 package fee) or go to Target/Walmart and buy one, bedding for it, too as they normally don't provide it. My nephew took the air mattress and slept in the closet off the bathroom, it was big enough and he loved it! We were only 4 in a 1BR but my nephews would not both sleep together, hence the air mattress. We were able to get additional bedding as we paid for the 1BR with cash, not points. This was at BRV.
