Sleeper sofas at BCV, BWV, and WLV? MERGED 2 THREADS

A couple of years ago we rented a reservation at OKW. One of the reasons we choose OKW was for the two queen beds. We would like to try a different resort, but are concerned about the comfort of the sleeper sofas. I thought I had read back in 2005 that the sleeper sofas, at BCV particulary, were uncomfortable. Any updates or new opinions?

We only opened it up to try it, but our sleeper sofa in the BCV studio in June was one of the newer kinds and it seemed to be comfortable enough. There was no bar to get you in the back.

Can anyone give me an update on the VWL backbreaker? Have they or will they change them before Thanksgiving?

I posted this question on the DVC planning board, but think I might have posted on the wrong board.

How are the sleeper sofas at these DVC resorts? Back in 2005 we rented a reservation to stay at OKW and we choose OKW primarily for the two queen beds. Now we would like to try another DVC resort, but I thought I remembered reading about uncomfortable sleeper sofas, especially at BCV, so I am a little hesitant. Any updates or new opinions?

Chris...I'm afraid that VWL hasn't changed them out yet according to recent reports. I wouldn't count on them changing before Thanksgiving. Maybe they'll get cranking on it soon and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Good luck!
