Wow, there went the good run -if you don't mind, what is it you don't like?
Thanks
I'm sorry. We bought the queen size pillowtop with the dual controls. There are baffle type things in the center of each section surrounded by a foam support. There is a support in the center of the two sections. Now we probably should have purchased the king, but the salesman said that the pillowtop would cushion the center. The sleep area was smaller because you cannot use the support on the side. We would adjust the firmness, and as soon as one of us got in or out of bed it would change. Well, the support in the middle was not enough after maybe 3 months, so I called CS, and they were sympathetic, but not helpful. I got more foam for the center, this dod not help. I called several times, and was told that the salesperson should known that the queen would not work for us, but that we were out of luck. I explained that the issues happened after the trial had passed, but not very long after. The CS said there was nothing that could be done. The foam supports have broken down, and the support in the middle was never enough. Now I know that my DH is a big guy, but we discussed his size with the salesman, he is 6'5" and is built like Charles Atlas.
I think if there had been any effort to make it right beside shipping more foam separators for the center I would have been okay with this, but to agree that the salesman should not have sold us this bed, but led us to a King, and then to say that yes it was unusual, but that since it did not happen in the trial period, left me irritated.
We could have forced them to honor a warrantee, but I am so glad to get rid of it. We purchased a conventional set, and I show anyone who is interested the bed, and tell them where I purchased it, just as I promised the CS department that I would do. My DH offered to give it to the furniture department where we bought the new set.....I hope he was kidding.
If you decide to purchase one, I hope that your luck is better than ours.
