Skyliner- recent start time

I'm debating staying CBR & wondering if the skyliner is starting early enough to get to HS before rope drop. I would like to.ahead of the pack.
Or should I just spend the extra money to stay at Boardwalk or Swan/Dolphin & walk?

I'm not sure about start time, but if it is within your budget, I'd stay at Boardwalk or Swan and Dolphin.
