Is this activity limited exclusively to Riviera Guests?

I think all of the Skyliner Resorts should offer this.

In effort to give our Guests more flexibility, the Skyliner Rally Scavenger Hunt will be available throughout the day. Guests can pick up a copy in Eventi and race across our neighboring Skyliner Resorts and return with the fastest time. The family that is the fastest will receive a prize at the end of the day!

I don't think it's only for Riviera guests (although I could be wrong), but I do think that you can only get started with it at the Riviera.

Since it does incorporate other Skyliner resorts I agree that it would be cool if you could get started at any of them.

Just curious, where did you see this update? I have been trying to figure out which day my family can do it during out May visit but was going by the speicif times each day. This makes it a lot easier. Thanks!
