Hi-2 questions about the Skyliner-the station at Epcot, is it inside the park? I know it’s on the international gateway, so I’m thinking outside of Epcot? Other question going from Hollywood Studios to Epcot is it non stop or do you have to change at the hub? Thanks 🙏

The station is outside of epcot.
From dhs you exit at cbr and then take the epcot line

This may not be what you're looking for, but from where the Skyliner gets off by the International Gateway outside EPCOT you can also walk through the boardwalk, by the Dolphin and Swan, and down alongside the river to Hollywood Studios. It's a decent trek (probably 20 minutes or so) but it's a nice walk and simpler and more reliable than Disney transportation sometimes!

From DHS you will need to change at CBR to get to Epcot. line to Epcot from CBR will pass through the station at Riviera Resort, the doors will open but you don't need to get off. The station at Epcot is outside the International Gateway entrance. So you can't get in without a ticket.

So, if we're staying at CBR there are 2 different skyliner lines? One for Epcot and one for DHS?

CBR is the main hub and is the terminating point for 3 separate lines:
  • International Gateway (Epcot) via Riviera. Riviera is the only station where you can remain on-board to continue to either the IG or CBR (depending on direction of travel).
  • Art of Animation/Pop Century Resorts.
  • Hollywood Studios.

jinx lol

I will not be taking the Skyliner in the mornings to Epcot and HS even though I am staying at AoA. These reports I have read, nope, it ain't gonna happen. I am making a game plan now. I am taking this very seriously as I have personally seen the Skyliner lines at the end of the night this past October.

I’ve been told that busses do not run to DHS or Epcot if they have Skyliner available, just a heads up.

When I was at Pop in December, they were running buses from AoA only, while also running the Skyliner. They had signs up at Pop near the Skyliner that buses were available at AoA, and I took the bus back from Epcot to AoA twice when I ended my day at the front of the park, and the Skyliner was running.

This is different to how they were handling it before AoA opened. When I stayed at Pop in August, they only ran buses when the Skyliner was down. I guess they are having crowd issues with the additional resort open and have decided it was better to add buses than crowd gondolas.

They can change it at any time though.

HS- Uber to Speedway and walk.- (not telling my husband that we are going to do this, lol.)

Epcot- Uber to Oliva's for breakfast, when done head to the Peninsular Road bus stop and get on an Epcot bus.

As PPs mention, the Skyliner station at Epcot is outside the International Gateway. Almost directly across from the Friendship Boat dock.

FWIW, we used the Skyliner exclusively from CBR to get to DHS and Epcot at opening (three times). The line was long but it moves quickly - we waited no longer than 20 minutes at DHS park opening twice. The line is constantly moving because they continuously load the gondolas.

With us staying at AoA, I am just going to use the Speedway gas station trick. My 16-year-old is going to be surprised when I tell her just how we will get to HS.
