Skyliner morning on Epcot day question

We are staying off property and thought it would be fun on our Epcot day (since it opens so late) to do breakfast somewhere (Boardwalk Bakery maybe) and ride the Skyliners around to pass the time. I’m just not sure where to park and if this would work? Any suggestions for this or any other way to spend our Epcot morning? Thanks so much!

Drive to DHS and park there.
Be sure to allow plenty of extra time to take the Skyliner(s) to reach your breakfast location (which may be all the way to Epcot's International Gateway.)

There is no other place to park except the theme park lots if you are not staying at any of the resorts involved.

BTW...
This whole idea of riding Skyliners in the morning may or may not be a good plan, as I don't know how early the DHS lot opens in relation to how much time it will take to get to your destination(s.)
