I think you are giving the timeliness and frequency of DW busses far too much credit, and the opportunity to utilize a single mode of transportation, with a single transfer far too little.

I think you are giving people way too much credit for taking multiple legs to a trip where its already possible and just as easily today.

Example currently to get to Epcot/HS you could take 4 different busses (then walk/boat) or 2 additional busses (then skyliner). That is 6 options for "quick" access to Epcot/HS.

Additionally they could easily add a tap entry to get in line for the skyliner at Disney Springs and if you are not staying on property or haven't already parked at Epcot/HS then they hit you with a charge per person. I don't see any requirement to start charging for DS parking out of this and I doubt it happens since they want to drive foot traffic there to the stores.
