Skylanders game? Wii or Xbox?

My 6.5 year old seems interested in the Skylanders video game for Christmas. We have an Xbox and a Wii. Any idea which version I should get? Does it matter? They seem to be the same price. Thoughts?

I'm in the same quandry - except Wii vs. PS3. LOL.

We have Wii and Xbox 360. My sons want it, too, and I got it for Xbox. Kids (and dh) like the adventure type games better on the Xbox. Wii is better for the "moving" games.

TARGET has this on their 4 day sale for a good $25 under the price I have seen everywhere. So if you are thinking of it I would head to target before wed. I opted XBOX version.
