Skyauction users- eopinions?

I have used Skyauction 4 times and have not had any problems. I am ready to try again. Read eopinions last night and most were horrror stories!

Anybody here had trouble with them? I know there was one poster who said that Skyauction lost her ressie, but they later got a different place to stay.

I have been happy with skyauction - I only got it for one bid - but I really needed it and they even finally came through on the name change - It was for my nephew's baseball game.

I have placed other bids.

but I try to stick with places that I know.

okay I found it - most of the complaints were about the airlines and cruises -

well I went on the cruise from .... and it was through a regular travel agent.

airlines change their schedules.

the few hotels/timeshares were the ready set go.

Now I haven't by any means read the whole thing - is there something in particular that a guest was unhappy with an Orlando hotel/timeshare buy?

most of the complaints were not for Orlando- other timeshares that were not available like they were supposed to be, really rude customer service, stuff like that.

I have had good experiences- I guess people mainly go to places like eopinions to complain! Not talk about good experiences

Are you wanting to use it for Orlando? If so, just wanted to let you know there is no availability for RSG auctions for Orlando for February or March (in fact hardly anything since 1/17) and very limited availibility for April.

There's nothign for the Daytona area, either, which is what I've been looking for. I'm wanting late April or early May myself. I'm getting inpatient as the RSG I purchased way back expires 5/31/04.

I got the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive in a 2 bedroom for 10/23

Anyone know anything about this place? The pics look great on their website, but you know how that goes....

this is a wonderful resort - we stayed in a studio once, and a 2-bedroom (through an exchange) - it is a lovely place - you won't be disappointed.
