Skyauction top choices

Well, it was too good to be true. I went to reserve it and our date is fine for the check in. I purchased 7 nights, yet when I go to reserve it says we are not in the specific check out time period. So I put in 28 nights, then it said the auction is only for 7 nights. So they are selling something that is impossible to use. I am in tears and don't know what to do. I have called and sent emails. I guess I just lost the $$. Lessons learned.
I recalled that it took a day or two for everything to be in Skyauction correctly for me to claim my auction. You just won the auction yesterday. Give them a day or two to get back to you before you panic and throw in the towel.

Edited: Are you trying to book for LESS than 7 days? You can't do that. You have to book for the whole week.

The check-in dates were specified in the auction. They are usually Saturdays or Sundays, sometimes Fridays. What date are you trying to check-in? It is possible that your check-in date is no longer available, as sometimes they have many different types of auctions and "buy it now" situations that remove units from inventory, but I've never had a problem with a checkout date as long as the check-in date is available. It does take some time to hear back from Skyauction, but you should email them for clarification.
 
I just checked and they changed the reservation and we are now booked. Whew! Thanks for the support. I was beyond sick about it. Now, I will keep praying it is clean and tidy. I requested top floor end unit so hopefully we can have quiet time on most of our sides.

I'm glad that SkyAuction came through for you. They were responsive when I called them too. Our unit at WCP was spotless and VERY quiet. You'll be FINE.

I was glad too that they fixed it. I was sick over it but so glad we have a nice 2b/2b for 7 nights. I have read a few bad reviews on TA about the staff and rooms. I plan to call a week before hand and let them know of my son's allergies to dust, mold and mites. I hope they don't mind a good deep cleaning.

Might I ask, how far is it to the parks, AK, MK, HS from WCP by car?

I'm not sure if they will do anything special for you, but I guess it's worth a try. I am also allergic to dust mites (but not mold) and I don't recall having any issues.

It's very close! My review on the first page (post #6) has the times it took us to get to/from the parks.
