skyauction postings ?

anyone ever notice for how many days new listings are posted? i don't want to have to spend time checking every day, so i was thinking if they list things with 5 days till closing for example, i could just check in every 5 days. does this make sense? are new postings ever less than 3 days till closing? TIA

I have only seem it once. so you should be okay with 3 days.

maybe even 5 days - but if you want something badly do 3 days.

i was confused at first too.

click on usa/canada - then pick Florida (not Orlando - all bids aren't in Orlando)

now if you want 'ready, set, go' or a straight timeshare week (7 nights & $195 exchange fee mentioned in the ad), or my new favorite 'home &away ' special.

they are all there.

I won't bid on a hotel unless you are sure it is a bargin. remember the fee is per night for hotel $32.

also I don't bid on anything that offers plane flights. I can get bargin here SW and I don't think charging everyone in the party $195 is a bargin. So people think it is a great bargin - this one you have to decide for yourself.

I am very interested in doing this. Since it was mentioned that it's "slim pickings" on there right now, do any of you experienced skyauctioners think there will be more postings coming up within the next couple of weeks? We leave after Thanksgiving and I already have a hotel with a 30 day cancellation policy booked, so I'm covered, but would love to stay in a condo or townhome if I can. I just need to secure it prior to that 30 day mark, so before the end of this month!
