Skyauction phone number-help needed

I am trying to redeem one of the $100.00 gift certificates won last year toward an auction won this year. I have emailed Skyauction for help with no response.

Does anyone know how to apply the gift certificate to the current balance due?
Does anyone have a phone number to reach Skyauction for help?

On the page where you pay for the auction there should be spot where you enter the code that is associated with the $100 off coupon.

If this does not work, call skyauction at 1-800-929-9929

The $100 certificates expire quickly and yours could be expired. I was able to get the expiration date extended once after they changed the rules and made them expire at the same time as the getaway weeks certificate (without mentioning it in the auction).

On your payment screen after you win an auction, there should be a space to put in your discount code. If you don't see it, email winners@skyauction.com. Rose has worked with me in the past to apply coupons when there was no space to apply the certificate. She was the one who often responded to my emails to winners@skyauction.com or reservations@skyauction.com. They are closed weekends and it takes days for them to respond to emails. If I need to contact them by email, I do so right after I win so my payment is not late.

Thanks so much for the help, it took 4 days to get an email response, but they automatically applied the discount to the amount due. I know what to do in the future as I still have another 100 to use.
