This is so helpful. Thank you everyone for all the explanations. I do have one more dumb question. Are the prices listed under the "upgrades" in ADDITION to the $259.00 certificate price, or are the prices listed under the upgrades tab the entire prices then just add the $20 processing fee?

The upgrades are IN ADDITION to the $279 certificate price. We upgrade to a 2 bedroom and usually pay about $500 for the week total.

Thank you Gr8t Fan...that's kind of what I figured. That definitely ups the final cost for anything that we are looking at in January. $500 would be a great price all in!!!
