After bidding for sheration vistana, when do you tell them you need to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. I see that my date is available, but I am afraid that by the time I reserve that date it will be gone. Has this happened to anyone?

After you win the auction, on your fulfillment page (the link is emailed to you) all the options for your auction are shown, and that's where you make your requests. You only have 72hrs to fill it out, so the sooner the better. I've won 2 auctions and have gotten what I wanted both times.

I hadn't noticed 1 bedroom offerings on SA. Are there only certain areas with 1 bedrooms? Does winning a 1-bedroom mean you will be in either Lakes or Cascades for instance? Sorry, this is a little off topic.

yes only the newer section have the 1-bedroom at Sheraton Vistana Resort - Sheraton Vistana Village is a different story - I think all their 2-bedroom are are lock offs.

I just won an auction for 1 or 2 br at Vistana. I chose the 1br because it suits our family, and it fell on the dates we wanted. My 2 young dds loved sleeping on the sofabed there last year. In fact, they loved the villa so much, they said they would rather stay at Vistana than on disney property!
