They're only for bulkhead seats so request one and it's possible you'll get one of those if you request a skycot. They're not all that good though, more like a padded box for your baby to lie in

We booked ours last year as soon as the flights were released. We got one on the the way out but not on the way back. The bulk head seats were needed for other passengers with special needs!

Actually there isn't. In economy there is 3 sets of 4 bulkhead heads. There is a maximum of 5 sky cot positions. Depending on loads it is very conceivable that you could have 6 special needs passengers requiring this seats ahead of an infant request for a sky cot.
