you just need to look - I would look for March 5 or 6 - still the timeshares ones are for a week - then call the resort and tell them you aren't coming until the next day. (so they won't think you are no-show)
also when it has a tax and fee charge and a season surcharge per night, do you have to add both of those into the price of the auctions. so lets say i win a room for 1 dollar a night. taxes are 32 and surcharge is 30 does that mean I am paying: 378 total for the room?
If you win a "per night" auction for say $1, and it says it charges $32 a night(and say you want 5 nights), and also charges $30 a night for a "season surcharge", that is ..........
$1 (auction win) X 5 = $5
$32 X 5 =$160
$30 X 5= $150
You didn't say what size place you needed. This is only for 4 people or less. Do you fit in this??
Since March is considered last minute travel, you just have to check everyday to see what becomes available.
Any more questions, just ask.
Edited to add: Since you are going in early March, I don't know what the chances are of seeing something else come up, but you never know. This auction would probably go for a cheap price because it is for a specific week and it is only 8 days away. I have heard a lot of good about SL, but it is usually the 2 bedrooms. Maybe you could ask on here about the one-bedrooms. Only 18 hours to go and no one has even bid yet.
