Thanks! So I'm assuming it has some simulator type aspect, right? I get sick on Spiderman and Minions, but can go Gringotts and Mummy.

I don't think it'll be simulator type technically. But it'll probably depend on whether you get sick from the motion or the 3D type screen. If the screen bothers you then it might get you sick but since this is just a big truck that might shake a little but otherwise will likely keep going on the track...Idt it's quite as an immersive experience like Spiderman is.

Good to know. I do fine on dinosaur so the motion won't bother me. I'm definitely going to try it. I can always close my eyes if the screen bothers me. Thanks for the info.

Hi all,

I'm new to the Universal portion of the site but I'm a News and Rumors regular. Several of my TM friends rode Kong last night. They were blown away and gave it rave reviews. I also got a tip that there *may* be a soft opening tonight, around 5-8pm. I'm going to check that out later. It's also a possibility that the walls came down only to prep for the tropical storm heading our way.

I know the employees just received a message allowing them to try out Kong first (preview was yesterday). There is only a short period of time for the employees to try out the ride. My kids both said with such a short window, they will just wait until it either soft opens or opens to the general public.

So since it's just listed as Reign of Kong, is he a King already or just a prince at this point?
