Skull and Crossbones with Mickey ears?

I am driving myself nuts looking for a disign that I saw - it was a skull and crossbones and it had Mickey Ears on it. I swear I even saw it in different colors? I have tried searching - sooooo many things come up skull, pirate, mickey ears.

Does this sound familiar to you? Can anyone name the disigner?

Many thanks - we are going next week and I want to make two shirts for my boys.

PS - what font would work to add names to these? Once they are found.....

and I got a chance to work on your names for you today. I went ahead and made them similar to the Disney in my sig like you asked. Tad is done and I'll have Mitchel done tomorrow, just finishing up the M. I can add a border if you need or if you don't like the style I can do the regular pirate fill too.
