SKIPPER CANTEEN /chicken/ substitutions?

does anyone have a picture of the crispy chicken? is it whole peiees of chicken? fried? or like chicken nuggets?

also, do they allow substituitions? example. we like steak, but really don't want yucca planks. or I heard they are now giving you mashe plantains, which we don't care for. we see a few types of ric eon the menu.. can we get the steak with rice instead of yucca or plantians?

thank you both so much! that chicken looks yummy! I wonder if its bone in or boneless. (if it's boneless we could split entrees .. 1 get the steak, 1 get the chicken and divide it.)
good news for fussy eaters that you can substitute sides!

In general, the Disney-owned restaurants are pretty good about allowing guests to substitute a listed side from one entree for a listed side from another entree. (Sides with a separate price point cannot be substituted for a side listed as part of an entree.)
