Someone in the other thread posted no ADR's for 30 days.

1) Yep.
2) They need time to flush the problems (such as food issues and service) from the new eatery.
3) Plus, they need to establish the average "table time" and resulting "table turns" for the reservation system.
4) It takes at least a month for both of these to come together.
