Skip the counter

For Alamo skip the counter do you have to print out the reservation or can you show the info from your phone?

The last time I did it, it specifically said to print out the confirmation ticket. You have to show it as you are leaving the rental facility.

I've never done this. Do you have to enter credit card info prior to getting there or just do checkin online? TIA

Last month I just used the confirmation on my Alamo app.
