Skechers Shoe Outlets

Hi. Has anyone been to a Skechers Shoe Outlet lately? I was hoping to find out some prices. Looking for athletic style sneakers. My DD is only 9 and wears a ladies size 6.5! but Skechers has big kid sizes and would like to try them on her. But the nearest outlet is about 2 hours away. I don't want to make the trip if all the sneakers are over $30 each. I won't pay that much. Some online places have some Skechers for $25. So if the outlets are more I'll go that route.

Our Skechers outlet has ok prices, but they aren't always much different from regular stores. Last time I bought my son 2 pair because they were running a buy one get one half off sale. One pair was $39.99 and the others were $29.99, so I ended up paying about $55 for 2 pair. That sale seems to be a regular one they have because I have seen it there a few times. You may do better buying them at Kohl's with a coupon if you have one nearby. The cheapest pair I found in the boys sizes was $24.99, but most were over $30.

Their prices aren't really much different than regular stores. However, they frequently, if not always, have a buy one pair at regular price, get the second pair 1/2 off sale. As the previous poster stated, you're usually better off with a Kohls or JC Penney's coupon, or looking online for a good sale if you only need/want 1 pair. Also, just to throw it out there, Famous Footwear usually has a buy one, get one half off sale right around back to school time and their ads usually include an extra $10 off coupon. At least with that sale, you can get a pair of skechers and a pair of boots or dress shoes or something else, if needed.

We were just at the Sketchers outlet yesterday! As a PP said, their prices aren't amazing, but they did have the BOGO 50% off deal. We bought one $35 pair of sneakers and one $25 pair, so the total was $47 for two pair. Not bad, but not amazing either. They do have a much larger selection of Sketchers than any other store, of course, so that's nice. My DS really wanted some Sketchers for first grade, so that's why we went there.

If you go onto the outlets website that you plan on going to you can look for current promotions going on. I always check the stores I plan on going to before heading out.
