Okay, so can anyone else find nice, REASONABLY priced clothing in size 0??? I'm tired of shopping in the little kids section... not to mention hannah montana doesn't look that great on a 30 year old.

The only place I could ever find them - believe it or not - was in garage sales.. You can find size 0 in the very upscale stores, but they never fit into my budget - and even if they did, I would not spend that kind of money on clothes..

If you're not opposed to garage sales, check out your newspapers for sales in the upscale neighborhoods.. Half the time the clothes still had the tags on them and I was buying them for 50 cents to a dollar..:thumbsup2

I will try to still like you two people. :snooty:

Well I'm still skinny (not by choice) 82 lbs. - but for health reasons, I need more room around my abdomen, so I'm no longer a "0"..

Am I forgiven? ;)

No! Not until you are a size 6! :rotfl:

And believe it or not... I wish I was an "average" size and didn't have to ever post anything like this!!!! :goodvibes Thanks for the help!!!!

My DD is freshly out of a Size 0. We got most of her jeans and shirts at Hollister. Hollister jeans fit her the best. They have different styles, lengths and colors. Give them a try. They might also have some khaki's you may like too.

Have you tried Delia's? My DD15 buys a lot of her clothes from them, but they have some clothes that don't look too "teenagey". They're reasonably priced, plus if you get on their mailing list the catalog always has a 15% coupon with it.

Have you tried the petite section? I am a two and have found that the petite section fits me much better (as long as it's not pants because I am not short). Anthropologie has beautiful stuff, very expensive, but if you keep an eye on their sale section you can get great tops and shirts for around $20 and they have very small sizes. I also have had good luck in the petities clearance section at Nordstrom and Macy's. Good luck, I am grateful to be thin, but it is frustrating when the clothes manufacturers think tiny people have big chests!

Old Navy has size 0, but in my opinion it runs kind of big. It's more like a 2 than a 0. My favorite is NY & Company. I like that they have different lengths, because I need the petite length. Their pants wash well, too. Ann Taylor Loft has 0, and even 00 which is nice. The funny thing is their 00 Petite/Short says 00PS on the tag. My husband was doing the laundry and asked me, "Why does your size say 'Oops' on the tag?" LOL!

White House Black Market also has 0, but their stuff is almost all dry clean only, which I try to stay away from. Same with Ann Taylor Loft.

Just checked this out... very cute!!!! Thanks :lovestruc

I've never been a 0 but my two very tall daughters were and we found a lot of 0's at Kohl's. Also, the Ross and TJMaxx frequently had them...guess they didn't sell well at the pricey stores, LOL!

Try finding a 0 with Tall length..I swear they looked like twigs. They are UP to size 5-7 but since they are 5'9" still look pretty thin.

I used to buy at 579 in the late 80"s. I have started seeing their stores again. They always look wild in the window but i could always find something in the store, I was very conservative and preppy. ha. I would also check stores like ann taylor loft and gap,

Gap, Aeropostile and American Eagle all carry size 0 and 00 and since it is for pants and shorts you won't look like a teenager wearing them. Most stores carry XS tops so I would guess that wouldn't be an issue.

Hollister and Abercrombie are the best places I can find them. Forever 21 also has some I believe.

I always check for sales at Hollister and Abercrombie though.

American Eagle! (not that I am a size 0) but on the sale section of the website they have alot of cheap size 0 or 00 jeans.

My daughter gave me a pair of stretch jeans in size 0. Of course they are too long. Seems stretch jeans fit me the best. I have not been able to find a pair that fit properly in years. I need them in short length. I am also interested in hearing the suggestions.

Ann Taylor Loft! They've gotten much more casual in the last few years, and start at size 00P. Very trendy yet classy. Most of their items are now cotton or cotton blend so not so much dry cleaning anymore (they leave those items to regular Ann Taylor stores, not Loft). They have great clearance - I never buy anything there full-priced - and better yet if you have a Loft Outlet nearby. Their clearance starts at $4.77. I just got 2 pair of jeans at $9.99 each & 2 embellished t-shirts for $6.99 each on their clearance rack.
