Six people from/to MCO and Pop Century. How would you do it?

This is my first time arraigning transportation since we lost DME. I'm not actually flying but I need to get transportation for 6 people in our group that are flying. Right now I'm leaning towards a van for them. Although it is about $160(?) cheaper to go with the Mears general bus.

So what would you do? Do you have a preferred company for the van? I was thinking Mears since they are the big guy. I'm assuming they will have 2 pieces of luggage each since they are staying for 8 nights.

I'm personally a big fan of rental cars. I doubt you and all your bags could fit in an Uber XL, but there is a good chance 6 of you could fit in a minivan - especially if some of you are kids. You can fold one of the rear seats down and still have 6 seatbelts. That should give you enough room for your stuff. Check the price of renting at Orlando airport and returning near your hotel or the Car Care Center at the Ticket and Transportation Center. In the past when we have rented or returned from the Car Care Center they have picked us up or given us a ride anywhere on Disney property.

If a car rental is out of the question, I would consider 2 ubers.

$160 for 6 people sounds like a pretty decent deal. If it takes them directly to their hotel, i don't think you could ask for any better, but i could be wrong. (Uber XL could be worth doing too)

I'm sorry, I thought it was $160 more for the van instead of the Mears Standard service. It's $201.60 to use the Mears Standard bus service. It's $330.00 to use the Mears Express bus service. It's about $302.00 for using the Mears 10 passenger van service.

Writing these quotes out does make me think the Mears 10 passenger van is probably the way to go.

I would use a car service (Mears or otherwise). The Mears vans have ample luggage space and the seating is comfortable.
